Returning purchased products
If you wish to return a product purchased from our online store, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to do so.

To make a return, you must:
1.    Fill out the return form, which you can find here: Return Form or in your customer account.
2.    Send the goods back at your own expense to the following address:

Please remember that the returned product should be in an undamaged condition, with all tags and original packaging, if applicable.
