Returning purchased products
If you wish to return a product purchased from our online shop, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to do so.

To make a return, you must:
1.    Fill in the return form, which you can find here: Return form or in your customer account.
2.    Send the goods at your own expense to the following address:

Please note that the returned product should be intact, with all tags and original packaging, if applicable.
