Delivery cost
The delivery cost depends on the country of delivery and the size of the order. The exact delivery cost will be specified in the basket when placing the order after entering the delivery address.
For deliveries to countries outside the Schengen area, additional customs charges may apply in the destination country.

Carrier information
We work with reputable courier companies to ensure fast and secure delivery of your parcels. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order.

Delivery time
The delivery time for an available and paid order is usually:
•    1–3 working days – preparation of the parcel for shipment
•    5–12 working days – delivery time by the carrier
The total time from placing an order to delivery of the parcel is usually 2–12 working days.
For products with a longer waiting period, the estimated delivery time is clearly indicated next to the product and in the order summary.
During periods of increased traffic (e.g. holidays, Black Friday), delivery times may be longer — in such cases, we will inform you of the expected shipping date.
