1. What materials are Bellamy furniture made of?
Our furniture is made of safe, certified materials – mainly MDF, laminated furniture board and natural wood. We use only non-toxic paints and varnishes that are suitable for contact with children and certified in accordance with EN71/3.

2. Does the furniture have safety certificates?
Yes, the furniture we offer meets European safety standards and has the relevant certificates confirming its quality and safety of use.

3. Is the furniture delivered assembled?
No – the furniture is delivered in packages for self-assembly. The set includes clear assembly instructions and all necessary components.

4. How is the furniture delivered?
The furniture is delivered in packages to the customer's door (in the case of standard courier delivery).
In the case of pallet delivery (large orders, larger furniture), delivery is made as close as possible to the delivery vehicle.
In the case of pallets, the customer is responsible for organising the delivery of the packages themselves – couriers are not obliged to bring the goods into the flat or house.

5. Do you offer a furniture delivery and assembly service?
We do not currently offer this service.

6. What furniture is essential in a child's room?
The basic equipment includes: a cot or bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe or bookcase, a changing table (for babies), and for older children – a desk, a chair and a shelf.

7. How to choose the right size bed for your child?
·         0–2 years: cot 120x60 cm

·         2–5 years: bed 140x70 cm or 160x80 cm

·         5+ years: bed 180x80 cm or 90x120 or 120x200

8. Does the furniture grow with the child?
Some furniture, such as desks and cots, is designed to be modular and grow with the child, e.g. cots with a sofa bed function or desks with adjustable tops.

9. How should I care for children's furniture?
Furniture should be cleaned with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild furniture care product. The use of chemicals or rough sponges is not recommended.

10. Can I return the furniture if it does not meet my expectations?
Yes – under consumer law, you have the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days of receipt. The condition is that the furniture has not been assembled and shows no signs of use. The costs of such a return shall be borne by the consumer.

11. What is the order processing time?
·         Products available immediately: dispatch within 2–4 working days

·         Products made to order: processing time 3–6 weeks (details always in the product description)
